In the /etc/ups/ups.conf file, it says to not edit the file but, instead to edit a different file. All find and dandy, but that file does not exist (in my setup), and the URL (
http://www.e-smith.org/custom/) it gives for more information is redirect to another page (http://www.mitel.com/DocController?documentId=9787) that does not seem to be relevant.
Can someone please edit the comment to point to more relevant information?
