To unpack this file and incorporate it with the main release:

                   gzip -cd TSIPPwb1.4.tar.gz | tar xvf -
                   gzip -cd TSIPPwb1.4s.tar.gz | tar xvf -
                   mv TSIPPwb1.4s/examples/* TSIPPwb1.4/examples
                   rm -rf TSIPPwb1.4s
              
Then follow the master README file in the main distribution.
