* Late-breaking ldap-3.2 News

1. Some things will not build properly if NO_USERINTERFACE is defined.
   Avoid the problem by *not changing* this line in the Make-common file:

    #NO_USERINTERFACE=-DNO_USERINTERFACE


2. Some things under ldap-3.2/clients will not build properly if LDAP_DEBUG
   is not defined.  Avoid problems by *not changing* this line in the
   Make-common file:

    LDAP_DEBUG=-DLDAP_DEBUG

3. The LDAP library (libldap) will not build under the HP/UX operating system
   if you use gcc.  Apply the patch found in patches/hpux-os-ip.c.patch to
   fix this problem.
