adds the set lang-path directive to eggdrop.conf.dist. Allows specification
of a directory and language file at startup using eggdrop.conf.dist. This
is great for machines that run several bots from a common directory such as
/usr/local/eggdrop1.3.23 linked to /usr/local/eggdrop. The bots normal be-
havior requires a language file in the home directory of each user. This
removes this limitation permitting n-users to use 1 language file.

long filenames SEGFAULT eggdrops. effects all eggdrops.

This is NOT a fix but a circumvention. The SEGFAULT occurs when eggdrop
attempts to commit the filename to the bots .filedb. This patchs prevents
the SEGFAULT and the bots demise by aborting the file move from temp to
incoming and filename commit. NOTE, the file remains in temp where it can
be retrieved.
