INSTALL: To install this patch. Let the directory containing this README file be called $PATCHDIR. Make sure your OPENWINHOME environment variable points to the correct place. 1). Become superuser (or a user who has permissions to modify $OPENWINHOME/bin 2). Move the old owplaces binary into a safe place. eg. mv $OPENWINHOME/bin/owplaces $OPENWINHOME/bin/owplaces-FCS 3). Install the new owplaces binary by typing :- mv $PATCHDIR/sun4/owplaces $OPENWINHOME/bin/owplaces
