Thus fills out the process table. This patch fixes it with additional argument to allow the user's tuning for MAXIDLE time. INSTALL: 1) Make a backup copy of the old file: mv /usr/etc/in.comsat /usr/etc/in.comsat.fcs 2) Now copy in the patched files and set permissions: cp `arch -k`/{OS Release}/in.comsat /usr/etc chown root /usr/etc/in.comsat chmod 755 /usr/etc/in.comsat chgrp staff /usr/etc/in.comsat 3) Change the entry of /etc/inetd.conf: comsat dgram udp wait root /usr/etc/in.comsat in.comsat TO: comsat dgram udp wait root /usr/etc/in.comsat in.comsat maxidle NOTE: maxidle of the above is the MAXIDLE time desired by the customer for in.comsat.
