The Calendar screen appears with the week view calendar as the default. At the top of the window, there is a toolbar that includes buttons for the calendar functions. The name of your calendar in the format user@host is shown next to the date label. There is a bottom frame that contains the appointment editing dialog (by default).When you place your cursor over a particular button on the toolbar, a button tag will pop up identifying the function for that button (in Netscape Navigator 4.0 and Internet Explorer). You will find the following buttons on the toolbar:

Create Appointment - creates a new appointment. |

Go to Date - jumps to a particular date to view in the calendar. |

View Other Calendar - goes to another user's calendar. |

Properties - allows you to set calendar-wide properties. |

Previous - goes to the previous day, week, month or year. |

Today - goes to the current day. |

Next - goes to the next day, week, month or year. |

Day View - displays the current day's calendar. |

Week View - displays the current week's calendar. |

Month View - displays the current month's calendar. |

Year View - displays the current year's calendar. |

Help - opens a separate browser window containing Help text for Calendar. |
