You can set a number of calendar properties to customize your calendar view. Click the Properties button on the toolbar. The Properties dialog will appear at the bottom of the window.Day Boundaries Start/End - this controls the display in day view. The default is 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. To set start or end times, click the Day Boundaries Start and End text fields and type new times. Times must be formatted as 0:00 am or pm, with a space between the time and am or pm. For example, if you are entering a time for a noon appointment, you would enter 12:00 pm. If you are entering a 9:00 am appointment, you would enter 9:00 am without any leading zeros before 9.

Appointment Duration - this allows you to set the default length of an appointment. The duration that you specify will be added to the start time in the Edit Appointment dialog, and will automatically show up when you are creating an appointment. The default duration is 60 minutes. To set the duration, click the Appointment Duration text field and type in the desired duration. |

Default View is the default in which your calendar will display. You can choose from Day, Week, Month, Year. The default is Week. To set the default view, choose the Default View menu and scroll the available choices. |

Others See determines what other users see when browsing your calendar. You can choose from Time and Text, Time Only, and Nothing. The default is Time and Text. To set what other users see in your calendar, choose the Others See menu and scroll the available choices. |

Reminder - this allows you to set a default reminder for all appointments. The reminder will appear in a pop-up in the primary calendar client before the appointment. The default for the reminder is Off. The Web Access Calendar does not display reminders directly. To set the reminder, click the checkbox to enable the reminder and type the reminder interval in the text field. From the menu, select the measure of time that you want to use. You can choose from Minutes, Hours, or Days. |
