Unmirror the drives, rename the new drive to be another volume name, mount it, copy server-specific files, dismount both volumes, change name of the new drive back to SYS:, don't mount it, down server, remove new drive. Repeat til done. Alternatively, do create fresh volumes on each server using a couple of floppy disks as source material. Then use your tape backup software to load up files with trustees etc. Create server-specific files in more detail. Reboot and be on the air. And variations on those themes.
