Before beginning installation (or downloading) you should read the install guide - install.txt.
These distributions are primarily distributed for 1.44MB 3.5 inch floppies. The MINI and FULL versions now use the same install boot disk. Additionally, the contents of the boot floppies are available in the instdisk/FDOS0702/ directory. Currently only 3.5inch 1.44MB disk images are provided.
Important: When downloading files you should use your
browsers Save As method, otherwise the downloaded files
(especially the disk images) may be corrupt. [ For most browsers,
this means instead of double clicking on the files, right click and
choose "Save As..." (or "Save Target As...").]
To aid those who have problems with the binary images, the binary image
and its associated CRC file are also available in zipped formats (same
name as image file + .zip). The zipped versions are smaller and thus
also useful to reduce download size/time, but they must be unzipped and then
written to floppy instead of just written to floppy.
