- Page settings card
- Title- title of the current page
- Page background- file name of the background image, the file should be stored in the Image directory which you have specified in the "General" card
- Text color- color of the text on the current page
- Link color- color of links on the current page
- Background color- color of the background of the current page
- General card
- Your name- enter your name here, it will be used for signing your pages (<META NAME="Author" ...> TAG)
- Image directory- if you have images for your site stored in a sub-directory of the site's directory, enter its name here. If you have them stored in a different directory, you must enter the full path to that directory (the first character must be '/'). Weboardo will create image tags according to it, so that a browser can find images that are not stored in the same directory as the page. Be aware that it createsALLimage tags accordingly. So if you receive a "Can't open image file: ..." error message, look carefully at the path. If it includes the Image directory, you must adjust it here.
- Proportional and Fixed fonts and their sizes- you can set the fonts which Weboardo will use and you should set them according to your NetPositive's settings
- About card- it's the same as the About window. Both test if your JPEG and GIF Translators are working properly.
TAG settings window
To open it right-click on a HyperText link/target or on an image. It differs according to which of these you have clicked.
- TAG settings window for a HyperText link/target
- Link to- here you can enter the target where the link leads to
- Link target name- if you want to create a link target, you enter its name here. One object can be both a link and a target.
- TAG settings window for an image
- Alternate text- here you can set or change the alternate text for the image
Finder Window
Edit - Find... or <ALT+F>
- 'Find' text box- enter the searched text here
- 'Replace' text box- enter the text you wish to have the searched text replaced with
- 'Find' button- starts searching for the expression in the Find text box from the begining of the file and stops when it finds it
- 'Replace' button- starts searching for the expression in the Find text box from the begining of the file and if it finds it, the searched expression is replaced by the content of the Replace text box
- 'Replace all' button- performs the replace action on the whole file (the Replace button only does the first occurance)
- Case sensitive- controls if the searching will be case sensitive or not
- Whole word- if this is not checked, Finder will "find" words CONTAINING the searched text e.g. for "alt", it will find "alternate"
- Wrap- normally, when the search reaches the end of the file, it stops. However, if this is checked, it will start from the begining again
Find again(<ALT+G> or Edit - Find again) repeats the last find/replace action - after Find, finds again, after Replace, finds and replaces again
