        Notes:
PRCS, the Project Revision Control System, is in its purpose similar
to that of SCCS, RCS, and CVS, but (according to its authors, at
least), it is much simpler than any of those systems. The homepage

This distribution contains precompiled binaries for both PowerPC
and Intel x86, and the documentation in various formats. The sources
are available in the separate archive prcs-1211.zip .
