This is a library that puts a useful C++ front-end on top of attributes
and the node monior.  Attributes can be instantiated from a BNode+name,
and manipulated like a BPositionIO.

The Node Monitor is represented as two classes which you construct with
either a BNode or a BDirectory.  You express interest in a particular
node notification by overriding the function that represents it.

Well-suited for people who need to do node monitoring or attribute work,
but need a slightly friendlier (though less flexible) interface than the
existing one.

The library is distributed as source code, and comes with an R4 makefile,
complete documentation, and a demonstration application.
R3 owners should have no problem compiling it.

Version 2.0 adds an incredibly handy tool for scripting, "watcher",
that will let you execute arbitrary scripts on file system events.
