Description: This is a class that will quickly and easily display an icon of your choice and a label into a ListItem.
Notes: It's initial purpose was to be able to add icons into a BOutlineListView.
There's a sample project included that will show you how to use this class.
As this class is using the new B_OP_ALPHA drawing mode, it will only works under BeOS R4.5 or
