  Description: A very simple program that just draws a circle in a window.
        Notes: I wrote this one evening to show my landlady what object-
               oriented programming is.  This is a 100 line program that
               creates a window with a single view that draws a circle.  That's
               all!  This code will be useful to you if you've never programmed
               on the BeOS before, and perhaps if you're just learning C++.
