  Description: Timidity, the portable software midi player.
        Notes: The x86 binary is provided. It should be easy to
build the PPC version.
To build the x86 version, juste type:

	make -f Makefile.beos

Please, read the included original readme files.
Note that you will need to download somewhere a midi sound bank.
The sound bank must be placed in /boot/home/config/etc/timidity as
well as the timidity.cfg configuration file.

You will find all the needed instructions in the original "readme" files.

This software midi player is much better than the one provided in standard
with BeOS R4. And it is even better than a lot of hardware assisted players.
