Installation Notes:
- Must remove the old icewm 1.2.7 on VL4.0
- Customisation is on separate package icewm-custom
- requires patches on /etc/XwmMenu.ini (console or xdm login)
- requires patches on KDM sessions menu and /etc/X11/xdm/Xsessions
