CHBG 1.5

Compiled on VL-4.0 with:
  export CFLAGS="-march=i486 -mcpu=i686"
  ./configure --prefix=/usr/X11R6 --with-image-library=gdkpixbuf
  make
  /* hack here, had to manually add -lpng to the last gcc linking */
  checkinstall

Modifications:
- Add /usr/X11R6/bin/chbg-switcher script
- Add /usr/X11R6/share/chbg/chbgrc
- Delete /usr/doc (VL4.0 does the same, doesn't she ?)
