Changes from 3.0.3:

	- Black and white X11 bitmaps replaced with colour XPM pixmaps
	  for the toolbar buttons.
	- General appearance prettified with horizontal separator bars
	- Should now compile with Solaris 2.6.
	- Multilevel menus, and menus rearranged to take advantage of
	  them.
	- Lots of functionality added to the menu that was previously
	  "invisible" because it was only available through keybindings
	  or SIOD functions.
	- Settings can be saved from the menu, rather than hacking Scheme.
