Furthest Beta version of the 8 channel TB303 emulator.

There have been many modifications and improvements in the interface.

The archive includes:
	rack303
	rack303-4.04.html
	config/default
	config/promix

This has been a quick port to dr9, and may be replaced soon by a version
that may well be the last pre-release version.
