Description: Keymap Switcher. Allows user to switch current keymap with hotkey, 
currently LCtrl+Shift. Current version supports two keymap to switch, user is 
able to select any two keymaps from system and user ones. Switcher beeps when 
switching if option is on.

Notes: This is beta release, but looks stable. PPC version was assembled with 
Genki cross-development tools and wasn't tested at all.
