Description:	A desktop utility modelled after "Extensions Strip"
Notes:			BeStrip provides functionality similar to that of the
				Macintosh utilities "Extensions Strip", "Desktop Strip",
				and of course the "Control Strip".  It puts on screen
				a small window from which "modules" borrow and use a
				small amount of space.  It's a lot like Steve Sprang's
				"PowerBar", but with more flexibility, I think.
