Description:	This is a mostly functional Telnet program, as long
			as you only want vt220 terminal emulation and
			aren't particularly intersted in most of the TELNET
			options.
Notes:		There is still quite a lot to be done, but right now it
			will connect to every site that I've tried. It also uses
			Dianne Hackborne's ArpTerminal classes for terminal
			emulation. It's also built off of my soon-to-be-released
			TCPSocket classes.
